Cultural Diversity Insights

 

As trainers and consultants, we have the unique opportunity to travel business-wise. Not only have we traveled through every little town throughout Germany and central Europe, we had the privileged chance to explore the world. So far, our projects have brought us across all continents and in over 50 countries. The fact, that our team delivers trainings and consulting sessions in multiple language (German, English & French are our main language, followed by Spanish, Russian & Chinese) helped us conquering so many markets.

Our home is the train station, the airport, taxis and of course, the hotel lounge. Whenever we have the chance to travel, we are excited about the unforgettable work experience that lies ahead. But why is it so thrilling on and on again, whenever we cross the border of Germany?

Because of the countless differences, sometimes tiny little details, that differentiates us from one another, depending on our cultural roots. And this fact seems to activate our passion of communication and connecting human beings. On top of that, we are all connected by many similarities, that are sometimes not visible on the first look. But if you go deeper, you will find the connecting need, desire or dream, that drives us to go our path. Its our goal to find that connection and attache the strings together. Because uniting people, across the boarders of countries and cultural barriers, is not only driving us as business people, it thrives us as world citizens.

That emotion lead to the current situation, that we operate project all over the world, with our headquarters in Munich and our three main Hubs in Miami, Zürich and Dubai. Being a future oriented company, we don’t operate offices in our hubs. But since it is one center of our business and private lives, you’ll find one of us constantly in one of these regions.

Don´t missunderstand us, we love our German roots, count on our heritage and values. Bringing these worlds together and benefit from one another, that is our definition of Cultural Diversity.
