The Fluxx Live Philosophy


In 1616, Galileo already recognized the challenge, to pursue other people about your thoughts and ideas. Let’s start our time machine and go back to the future and we recognize that not much has changed since Galileo Galilei´s thesis that our earth rotates around the sun. Maybe Galileo would have been more successful with a competent communications team, consulting him in sending the right message and mankind would be a few steps further.

To use the momentum of the learnings from history, we consult our customers as trainers, coaches and brand ambassadors, so communication between brand, management, staff and customers works more seamless through products and services.

Every individual project we accompany, either as creative conceptors or operators, (trainers, coaches, consultants) are being proved by the six same measures of our Fluxx Live philosophy:

In our definition, interactive is highly defined by exchange and communication. That counts for the relationship between customer and service provider as well as between employee and manager. We see ourselves as moderator and catalyzer for interaction.

Hands On
We passionately create exciting concepts. But in the end, the best concept is only as good as the realization of it. One of our core values is – be a best practice example. We wanna sample the message in our daily doing and love it, to realize the projects with our own hands, as team together with our clients.

A modern media mix makes it possible, to generate a maximum of attention of all project members. Every media used in our projects is not more or less than a tool to visualize the goals and targets rather than target itself. Being a vehicle for messages, we like to embed a mix of multiple media in every step of the project.

A target oriented acknowledgment mostly comes from inside, frequently stimulated from outside. We are the trigger that activates the project members with a professional expertise. We enrich the already existing knowledge and connect it to new solutions. That makes the learning effects long-lasting and native.

Even the most specific project is part of a bigger picture. We highlight this bigger scale in everything we do, the project must be beneficial for the whole company / brand. The goal is to satisfy the diverse opinions and needs of all the involved departments.

As highly as we anticipate the future, its sometimes the next simple step, that transports the project closer to the set goal. As much as we cater to the holistic goals, we set the next step first. This attitude results in an agile project management & development. Sometimes its the simple things, that pushes us a little closer to the goal.

These six measures are also part of the continuous controlling process, in which we prove to deliver every project along our customers expectations and our own promises.
